Meditation Room

This is a space for quiet and contemplation.

For the moment, close your eyes. Inhale on a count of four. Exhale on a count of four. Repeat. Do it a third time.  “Just breathe” has become a throwaway, yet it is so important. The virus, which hurts the ability to breathe, reminds us not to take it for granted.
